About Grappa Investments
Grappa Investments LLC is a Nevada company based in Henderson. Since October 2025 it has been led by its majority owner and CEO, Jorge D. Pacheco, a service-disabled U.S. Navy veteran.
Grappa Investments was organized in Henderson, Nevada in October 2005. Jorge Pacheco joined as a partner in 2023 and became majority owner and Chief Executive Officer in October 2025, beginning a reorganization around three lines of business: bulk fuel supply, aviation services, and the company's Nevada mineral claims.
We are candid about our stage. Grappa is a development-stage company. We are not presenting a record of completed contracts. We are presenting an established Nevada entity, SBA veteran certifications, mineral claims under independent review, an aviation partner with decades of operating experience, and a disciplined plan.
As milestones are reached, they will be posted here.

We are a small firm, so every commitment below is owned by the principals whose names are on the company, not delegated to a department.
We tell partners what we know, what we don't know yet, and what we're doing to find out. That applies to our own assets first.
The Yellow Jacket Project will be evaluated by a qualified independent reviewer before any resource claim is made. Every asset we hold or pursue gets the same treatment.
We operate under applicable federal and state law, including government contracting standards, anti-money-laundering and know-your-customer rules, and sanctions. We do not engage with sanctioned parties and do not tolerate bribery in any jurisdiction.
Our CEO is our majority owner and the person who answers for the work. Material conflicts of interest are disclosed to partners and members.
Contracting officers, prime contractors, suppliers, strategic partners, and qualified capital partners reach Jorge Pacheco directly. We reply to qualified inquiries within one business day.
