Divisions

Fuel, aviation, and minerals under one prime.

Each division has its own codes, partners, and stage of development. Here is what each one does today and what it is building toward.

Flagship division

Grappa Fuel

NAICS 424710, 424720. PSC 9130, 9140.

Status: supplier relationships in development

Grappa Fuel supplies bulk refined petroleum products to the Department of Defense, federal agencies, and qualified private buyers. We work as a back-to-back trader: we source product from established refiners and suppliers, take title, and deliver to the buyer's specification and terms.

  • Bulk diesel, jet fuel, and gasoline to contract specification through partner terminals
  • Domestic and international sourcing through established refiners and terminals

We are seeking an established refiner or fuel supplier as a long-term partner as we build this division.

Grappa Aviation

NAICS 488190, 488119, 611519, 611430, 541611.

Status: partnership established, capability development

Grappa Aviation delivers aviation support services to federal agencies and commercial operators. Work is staffed by Grappa-hired personnel under the technical direction of our partner, Channey Aviation Group of Las Vegas, which holds FAA Part 121, 135, and 145 certificates. Services are performed in accordance with applicable FAA requirements and the credentials, authorizations, and scope applicable to each engagement.

  • Aircraft inspections and pre-buy evaluations
  • Aircraft recovery and ferry services
  • Line maintenance and repair-station support
  • Safety management system, emergency response, and inspection training
  • Maintenance technician courses and AS9100-series certification preparation
  • Airport operations planning, FBO management, aircraft conformity, and STC support consulting

Grappa Mining and Energy

NAICS 212220. PSC 9660.

Status: exploration stage

Our mineral strategy is anchored by the Yellow Jacket Project in the Moapa Valley area of Clark County, Nevada, about 45 miles northeast of Las Vegas. Grappa holds 24 unpatented placer claims in the Yellow Jacket 28, 29, and 108 groups, covering approximately 480 acres.

The property has year-round access near Interstate 15 and adjacent rail. It has seen historical exploration by prior operators. An independent technical review is in progress, and we will plan modern exploration on the basis of its findings.

We apply the same standard to our own assets that we expect from any partner: independent review before any resource claim.

The Yellow Jacket Project is exploration-stage. No mineral reserves have been established and no production is occurring. This information does not constitute an offer to sell or a solicitation of any securities interest.
